What is therapy?
A crucial step towards wholeness is often prompted by a major life difficulty. Taking that initial step into the unknown can be daunting. It can be beneficial to engage the support of a guide, a mentor, someone able and willing to accompany you into the unknown, someone with reliable experience of the very situation you are facing.
My expertise is in transformational solution focused therapy. Therapy is a creative collaboration between two people. The client is the expert on their own life experience. The therapist acts as a guide leading from behind. I love the engagement and am inspired as clients make major leaps forward in their lives.
