Depression can sneak up on you like a thief in the night.  If you are experiencing feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, if you are having difficulty with sleep, with motivation, with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with lethargy, or with substance abuse, depression may be the culprit.

Overcoming depression is about establishing self compassion.  Overcoming depression is about creating a self care program that motivates you to wake up in the morning. In my experience, I have found it impossible to experience deep and satisfying love without first loving yourself.
